We have hired them to do multiple jobs, including both interior and exterior painting. They've always gotten the job done on time and within budget. As they do more than painting, we would highly recommend them for many home improvement projects.
I had Pozuelos Painting paint 4 bedrooms and a large basement room for me in Omaha, NE. They did an amazing job!
The painting was well done - multiple coats to hide the old paint, clean straight edges, no paint splatters on woodwork, etc. Took the time to put plastic down on floors and furniture and kept everything very clean. Treated my home and furniture with respect.
The other thing that I admired is that they were very prompt and professional, and showed up on time every day. They were willing to drive from Omaha to do the job, and were done in 3 days with all of the painting.
Also, the men are very trustworthy and I felt comfortable with them painting my house while I was at work. They were very reasonable, straightforward with pricing, efficient, and trustworthy. Would definitely recommend to others and will use again if the need arises.
We’ve been working with Alvaro Pozeulos at a commercial property we own and manage. Alvaro is an excellent professional painter.
Having worked for a general contractor in the past and having worked with many subcontractors it was apparent from day one that Alvaro is very good at his trade, well organized, prompt, bills in a manner commensurate with his work product, and has state of the art web based estimating and invoicing set up, which save me a lot of time.
We expected Alvaro could handle light drywall repairs and that has proved as expected. What was less expected is that Alvaro engaged us to estimate a number of other types of jobs, some content manipulation, cleanup, a really good sized hauling job, as well as our snow removal.
Because of his spirit of willingness and economy of effort, we were happy to give him those contracts too, and so far so good. I’d very much recommend Alvaro.
What Alvaro isn’t aware of necessarily regarding our contracting with him is that I contacted every painting contractor with a business card on the wall of Sherwin Williams prior to deciding to go ahead with him.
In other words, it was my view from the beginning that he was amongst the best of a couple dozen different painters I talked to. He’s proved that view accurate by his own efforts.
Although it’s not necessarily to my immediate advantage to let the world know about Alvaro, he might get really busy and not be able to do our jobs if you all know about him, afterall; I do believe in honoring and recognizing tradesmen of skill, merit and integrity, and Alvaro is very much that.
